STUNNING CONCERT OF KNE IN SOLIDARITY WITH PALESTINE:"In Gaza, the song became a cry - We join our voices for every dead child"

Thousands of young people of all ages joined their voices in the great concert of solidarity with the severely tested and heroic people of Palestine, organized by KNE, at "Sporting" Stadium on Monday 4/12. The title of the concert was "In Gaza, the song became a cry - We unite our voices for every dead child". 

A large delegation of the Central Committee of the KKE, headed by its General Secretary Dimitris Koutsoumbas, attended the event. A delegation from the Palestinian embassy in Greece was also present.

"There are moments when there are no words to describe the horror, such as the horror that the Palestinian people are experiencing at the hands of the murderous state of Israel, which is still pounding the Gaza Strip at this very moment. But we will find the words, as the heroic people finds the strength to fight against Israel's mighty war machine, armed with their right. We will find the songs and the voice, because we have a duty not to be silent...", noted in his speech Thodoris Kotsantis, Secretary of the CC of the KNE.

And the songs took their turn... Songs that speak of justice, songs that speak of the beauty of life, songs dedicated to the children who at this tender age have known nothing but the repulsive face of war and the occupation of their homeland. Songs dedicated to the people of Palestine, who " only kneels before their dead".
The melodies and songs alternated with the slogans... A reminder that the struggle will not stop before the liberation of Palestine. 

"My people as we speak is being slaughtered, imprisoned and driven from their land. Do these people have no rights? Is their life worth less? Have not their children the right to enjoy childhood? My people have been experiencing this for 75 years. They did not succeed in terrorizing us, we did not and will not give up," noted Palestinian student and member of the International Relations Committee of the CC of KNE Rahim Siha, conveying the harsh reality experienced by the Palestinian people.
